STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES TAUGHT TO CHILDREN REDUCE AGGRESSION AND RESULT IN BETTER PERFORMANCE
Stress management techniques will help children better cope with daily stress, resulting in decreased anxiety. Calming the mind will lead to improved concentration and attention and better control over behavior. This in turn would result in better school performance.

HEE serves teachers and children in schools, community centers, treatment centers, hospitals, and facilities serving the elderly, corporate environments and other non-traditional settings. It offers people from diverse backgrounds an opportunity to embrace a healthy approach for coping with the challenges they face in their daily lives.

We are committed to educatiing children and the adults who service them. We offer a number of workshops throughout the year accredited by Ashland University.
