PROGRAM CERTIFICATION

Licensure
YSCC complies with the Oklahoma Association of Youth Services (OAYS) Standards and Criteria, Office of Juvenile Affairs requirements, with the Department of Human Services (DHS) Requirements for Children's Shelters, and with appropriate state and federal laws regulations pertaining to licensure. The shelter is licensed by DHS for eight (8) beds double-staffed.
